this_and_next_electoral_events method implemented in Membership class, to extract a membership's electoral event from the apical membership

add_role modified in order to allow overlapping dates wheneve end_date and start_date are overlapping less than N days (defined in settings, defaults to 30); this allows for detection of stop and go events in a successive scripts; Area model modified: the geometry field contains geometric and not geographic data (see geodjango documentation); this allows for aggregation (union, collect) to be performed on data; gps_lat and gps_lon fields are now exposed in the admin site

memberships have now a classifications properties, wich reference a generic relation to a Classification

add_classification can now accept allow_same_scheme parameter, to allow multiple classifications with the same scheme
